Slip Form Pavers

The wrap around console allows easy operation and excellent visibility of all machine functions. 24" clearance between edge of slab and outside of track is standard for all HEM Slip Form Paver. The optional hydraulic belt finisher gently oscillates over the slab to provide a desirable finish and decrease labor costs.

An 8" trailing profiling pan allows for fine pan adjustments - locks pan solid to the paver frame. The HEM Slip Form Paver is the ideal multi use paver for highways, ramps, streets, shoulders, parking lots, airfields, approaches and whitetopping. The Hydraulic Side Bar Inserter allows dowel bars to be placed economically and accurately in the concrete at equal spacing and depth. New Generation Side Form allows for 6-way movement with 18" lift, 4" horizontal adjustment while maintaining 24" track clearance.
